Didn't like anything, except funny front desk staff.

The room was beautifully decorated, it had a large bathroom. I had good food for breakfast with many options to choose from: D

The king room I got was stylish. The bed was extra large and the bathroom here was nicely decorated. The location of this hotel short walk to Plattsburgh, the center of Plattsburgh and the border crossing was exceptionally nice. Local fast food option Dunkin' was 5 minutes walk away.

Their staff were kind of rude.

This was a well-kept place to stay. The beds were great and the a double room itself was fashionable and brand-new. The hotel was in a central setting due to the number of other hotels in the area. It was good to be 1 mile away from Dunkin', serving short-orders.

Comfortable room, clean facilities, with a 24-hour reception that was helpful during my overnight stay and free parking, made it easy to explore the area.

Liked the indoor pool and the breakfast had various options (the yogurt and fruits were great!). The location is close to shopping and dining choices.

Just an ideal choice for a brief pit stop in Plattsburgh with definitely value for money. The bathroom was very nice and spacious, making it comfortable for my family. Make sure to arrive early if you want to get breakfast before it closes.
